website, there is a section called the Resource
Center. I came across this the other day while
browsing the site, and was interested in checking
out the free resources. What I found was not
what I was expecting, but still very cool.
When I saw the word "resources", I figured it
would be a support section or perhaps a poker
strategy section. However, it included cool
things like PKR icons, wallpapers, and ring tones.
The PKR icons can be used in your favorite
instant messenger program as your buddy icon.
They have various in game images that can be used,
and you can even use the "PKR let's play" slogan
logo. I added one to my MSN messenger account,
and it worked perfectly.
The PKR wallpapers are meant to be used as
backgrounds to your desktop, not necessarily as an
actual wallpaper on your wall. There are five
different options you can use, and the pictures
include in game images as well as the PKR logo.
Also, each image has various resolutions you can
select based on what resolution your monitor is.
The PKR ring tones section was very interesting.
There are four different ring tones you can download
and put on your phone, so every time your cell phone
rings you hear the ring tone instead of just "ring
ring". The options include different
theme songs from the game, and are cool options for
your ring tone.
I highly suggest you check out the PKR resources
section, because it's probably not what you're
expecting.
