PKR offers players a slew of camera
options to view the PKR game play in. There
are 8 camera angles total, and each one gives you a
different perspective on the game. We'll take
you through each one, and why we like the particular
angle.
Overview - Overview mode will remind
you of a traditional 2D poker room, because the
camera is directly above the table looking down in a
bird's eye view. This view doesn't give you
the best experience of the 3D environment, but may
be helpful for 2D players who are transitioning to
PKR, or players playing multiple tables on PKR.
Dynamic - Dynamic mode will remind
you of watching poker on TV. The camera
follows the action around the table, and shows each
player as they act. This view is great to
experience the PKR software, but you may lose track
of how many players are in the hand, or what the bet
is.
Orbit - This camera angle lets you
choose any angle you'd like. You can drag and
drop the screen to rotate it any way you want.
This is great if you want to get a good view of your
player, but it makes it a little harder to follow
the action at the table.
North/South/East/West - These angles
will situate the camera at the four corners of the
table. This lets you get a nice view of the 3D
action, plus it's easy to follow the action at the
table. These are great overall views.
First Person - This puts the camera
right between your eyes. You can drag and drop
the screen to look around. This view really
gives you the 3D experience, and you can look around
the table to follow the action. This is a
player favorite at PKR.
